June 1, 2020 - If the department faculty disagree with the changes requested, an explanation of the disagreement must be noted and forwarded with the proposal back to the Dean’s Office by June 1st.
August 15, 2020 - Materials will be forwarded by the Dean’s Office to the University Curriculum Committee (UCC) for review. If the college’s faculty handbook calls for it, an all-college faculty vote must be taken before the dean’s recommendation is forwarded.
October 15, 2020 - UCC recommendations are due.
October - Faculty Senate’s Academic Affairs Committee will present their recommendations regarding catalog revisions to the Faculty Senate in their October meeting. Voting will take place at the November meeting.
November 23, 2020 - Preliminary changes submitted to Registrar’s Office for notification.
December 1, 2020 - Preliminary changes submitted to Veteran’s Affairs for notification. Faculty Senate submits their recommendation to the Division of Academic Affairs.
January 15, 2021 - Catalog is published online.
